Abstract
针对快锻压机在整个锻压过程中主、侧缸同时加压和回程时,主、侧缸运行不同步导致活动横梁颤振或倾斜等运行不稳定的情况.该文通过快锻压机充液卸载系统在AMESim下建模,分析影响不稳定原因并提出在快锻压机充液卸载系统增加连通阀方法,对快锻压机充液卸载系统进行了改进,结果表明了带连通阀的充液卸载系统稳定性与快速性更好.
