Abstract
选用碳酸钙晶须作为增强材料,采用半湿法密炼工艺和热压成型法制备了橡胶基摩擦材料,研究了碳酸钙晶须质量分数(0~25%)对摩擦材料硬度、密度、冲击强度、抗拉强度和摩擦磨损性能等的影响.结果表明:随着碳酸钙晶须添加量增加,摩擦材料的硬度、密度、抗拉强度、冲击强度和磨损量均呈下降的趋势;添加碳酸钙晶须的质量分数为15%时,摩擦材料的综合性能最好.
