Abstract
为更好地研究某纸基摩擦材料,使用UMT摩擦试验机对该材料试样进行了不同载荷、不同转速和温度工况下的摩擦试验.通过数据分析,结果表明,高转速下,该纸基摩擦材料的摩擦系数与压力和温度呈负相关,与转速成正相关.纸基摩擦材料需要一段接触滑摩时间以进入稳定工作期.试验表明,磨合过程对纸基摩擦材料的摩擦性能有很大的影响.
