Abstract
针对润滑油含水量对摩擦副磨损影响问题,配制了含水量为0％,0.5％、1％的润滑油,用45#钢和灰铸铁加工成销盘摩擦副和环块摩擦副,在磨损试验机上,用销盘摩擦副进行往复磨损实验,用环块摩擦副进行了旋转磨损实验,用铁量仪测得润滑油中铁磁性磨粒含量,并用以表征摩擦副磨损量.
