结合实测案例,对自动电位滴定仪测定润滑油碱值过程中常见故障进行分析,发现pH复合电极故障、仪器主板故障和仪器参数设置不合理,都是导致仪器测量结果不准确、重复性差、测量结果无法显示的重要原因,给出相应的解决方案.
