Abstract
针对CFA34空压机三级进气阀频繁出现阀座断裂、阀片破裂及密封面磨损等故障,分别从阀片材料、气阀流通性、弹簧载荷3要素进行分析,设计新型气阀,采用新型PEEK非金属材料,改进密封面设计,优化弹簧性能.实验证明,新气阀改善了机组性能,设备故障率、生产和维护成本降低.
