Abstract
建立了基于高效液相色谱-荧光检测器的食品用金属罐中游离苯酚的测定方法.在0.001mg/L～0.20mg/L范围内,方法线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,加标回收率为98.52％ ～110.11％,平均回收率为104.08％,精密度相对标准偏差为6.0％(n=8),方法检出限为0.0012mg/L,定量限为0.005mg/L.方法简便、快捷,灵敏,适用于食品用金属罐中游离苯酚的迁移测定.
