一、游标卡尺内量爪示值超差的原因
1.使用不当、机械损伤及跌落等多种因素的影响,常造成游标卡尺内量爪测量误差超差.
2.在游标卡尺的使用中因材质欠佳、制造缺陷、正常磨损及变形出现的误差.
以三用游标卡尺为例,以下两种量爪测量面缺陷均可引起测量误差超差:
(1)刀口内量爪测量面尖头凸起,测量面不能合拢出现间隙,使测量尺寸小于实际尺寸.
