在粉煤灰浮选中,由于中碳的细级别含量高,并且莫来石、硅灰石、硅酸二钙大多富集到中碳中,采用中碳返回粗选的闭路流程会强烈恶化浮选过程,可燃物回收率仅为29.80%,只有进行中碳再选的开路流程,才可获得固定碳含量大于60%的各级精碳.
