Abstract
白竹磷矿是国内罕见的厚大缓倾斜磷矿体,矿层最大厚度接近25 m.结合白竹磷矿复杂地质条件,特别是顶板结构破碎、节理发育等特点,在该矿首次采用适用于空顶高、暴露面积大缓倾斜厚大磷矿体采空区处理的锚杆-锚网-锚索综合加固技术.在实际应用过程中,首先在矿层顶部Ph3平巷进行切顶,切顶采用SandvikDD310-40凿岩台车凿孔装药爆破,然后采取顶板分类管理技术进行顶板分级,最后针对顶板结构分级情况采用相对应的锚杆、锚网护顶护帮,再用锚索加固顶板.经过多年试验,探索出了一套适用于复杂地质条件下磷矿顶板管理的方法.
