Abstract
福建某金矿排土场废石属于氧化矿,较易浸出,但矿石含泥量较大,渗透性较差.为较好回收利用该废石,采用粗细分级,粗粒级直接浸出,细粒级制粒后浸出试验对废石中金进行回收.结果表明,采用筛孔尺寸为6 mm的筛子筛分后,筛上粒级产率为19.45%,金品位为0.19 g/t,该粒级直接氰化浸出,获得了金浸出率为84.21%的指标;-6 mm粒级部分制粒后,按球团与粉矿质量比为1︰1混合后氰化浸出,获得了金浸出率为91.11%的指标.试样总金浸出率为90.47%,能较好地回收排土场废石中金,试验结果可以为该排土场废石的资源化利用提供参考.
