Abstract
四川某氧化铅锌矿石铅、锌品位分别为3.60%和9.19%,矿石氧化程度非常高,铅、锌氧化率高达90%左右,且主要铅、锌矿物嵌布粒度微细,属难选铅锌矿石.为确定该矿石的合理选矿工艺,对矿石进行了选矿试验.结果表明,在磨矿细度为-325目占96.74%情况下,以硫化钠为铅矿物硫化剂、戊基黄药为浮铅捕收剂,以硫化钠为锌矿物硫化剂、硝酸银为活化剂、水玻璃为矿泥分散剂和脉石矿物抑制剂、十八胺为浮锌捕收剂,采用1粗1扫3精选铅、1粗2扫3精选锌、中矿闭路返回流程处理该矿石,可获得铅品位为48.61%、回收率为86.15%的铅精矿,锌品位为40.14%、回收率为65.04%的锌精矿.
