新型抑制剂在含泥铅锌浮选中的应用

Abstract
针对某铅锌矿次生泥含量高,铅锌共生关系紧密,浮选难取得合格精矿等问题,开展了工艺流程试验研究.在原矿含铅1.33%、锌2.34%时,通过使用自主研发的抑制剂CD-3、起泡剂CF-1,铅浮选作业采用粗精矿再磨,全流程闭路试验获得铅精矿含铅52.88%、锌7.13%,回收率85.34%;锌精矿含锌50.61%、铅1.16%,回收率83.77%的良好选矿指标,解决了原矿获得合格精矿难和回收率低等问题.
