高应力软岩巷道底鼓机理及控制实践

Abstract
为探索高应力软岩巷道底鼓治理方法,以潘一东矿西翼主胶带机大巷三联巷为研究对象,在调研其工程地质条件及底鼓概况的基础上,采用FLAC3D5.0软件分析了其底鼓机理;研发出适用于底板加固的端锚锚索束,提出了以端锚锚索束为主的底鼓控制方案;采用数值方法验证了底鼓控制效果,并将底鼓控制方案应用于工程实践.研究结果表明:三联巷底鼓属于挤压流动性底鼓,在两帮挤压效应作用下,底板整体凸起;端锚锚索束高支护刚度与高延伸性为相互制约关系,兼顾二者可以确定端锚锚索束参数;巷道底板加固会弱化两帮的挤压效应,改善帮顶支护结构工况;端锚锚索束在实现全孔注浆的同时兼具高锚固力及高延伸性,对高应力软岩巷道底鼓具有良好的控制效果.
