矸石充填体振动推压过程的颗粒流模拟研究

Abstract
为提高综采充填过程中矸石充填体的密实程度,利用颗粒流PFC2D程序,建立了矸石充填体模型,研究了振动对充填体压实效果的影响.结果表明,在充填支架推压板推压过程中,引入振动机制,能有效减缓推压板的应力增加速度,在相同应力下,使推压板行进更大的距离,大大提高充填体密实性.增大频率或振幅均能增强颗粒体系的流动性和颗粒间孔隙填充,从而迅速将推压板的压力分散到整个体系中,降低推压板应力和孔隙率,提高夯实效果.
