Abstract
为了研究长电缆对采煤机变频调速性能的影响,对不同长度牵引电缆进行了加载试验.理论分析和试验研究表明,输出电缆对变频器和电动机的影响与电缆长度有密切关系,随着电缆长度增加,其不良影响明显加剧;可通过优化变频器参数改善电动机负载能力,利用滤波器有效抑制变频器输出谐波,从而减小长电缆对采煤机变频调速系统性能的负面影响.
