地面井水力压裂增透技术在立井快速揭煤中的应用

Abstract
针对西上庄井田内各主采煤层瓦斯含量高、透气性差、煤层群连续揭煤突出倾向性大等问题,采用地面井大液量水力压裂增透技术,基于主裂缝延伸规律,对各可采煤层依次进行射孔、填砂分层压裂,压裂完成后进行合层抽采.重点介绍了压裂井井位选择、压裂参数设计及施工过程.实践结果表明,实施地面井水力压裂增透技术后,在压裂井一定范围内形成高渗区,高渗区内裂缝发育、煤层透气性系数增大,抽采效果得到大幅提升;安全、高效地揭开了主采的3号煤层,工期缩短至10 d,为类似井筒揭煤积累了成功经验.
