Abstract
为解决新元煤矿多巷布置充填留巷动压巷道围岩变形严重问题,采用现场监测巷表面位移变化特征、超前支承应力变化规律及数值模拟巷道塑性区的变化规律,并根据原有支护形式的不足,提出适合多巷巷道大变形问题支护优化方案,并在井下进行优化补强支护工业性试验.实测结果表明:巷道围岩在进入超前支承压力影响范围后开始变形,但变形量不大;原支护方案在工作面推过后,巷道底鼓急剧增加,根据现场观测和数值模拟分析塑性区的变化规律,优化支护后的补强措施顶板、两帮的移近量均有减小,底鼓量减小了约50%,优化补强支护方案改善了巷道围岩质量.
