“三软”煤层不同孔径顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采参数特征分析

Abstract
为提高“三软”煤层瓦斯抽采效果,考察了郑煤超化矿多组不同孔径顺层钻孔的瓦斯参数,运用瓦斯流动理论及岩土力学相关理论综合分析了其参数特征.结果表明:在“三软”煤层持续高负压抽采条件下,不同孔径的顺层钻孔的瓦斯流量及浓度都依次经历了快速衰减、不稳定波动、极限抽采3个阶段,在快速衰减阶段,φ94、φ89 mm钻孔在瓦斯浓度和瓦斯流量均远大于φ75 mm钻孔,而衰减梯度明显小于φ75 mm钻孔;在不稳定波动阶段,φ94、φ89、φ75 mm钻孔波动频率及幅度依次增加,周期依次减少;极限抽采阶段差异不大.结合现场施工条件,最终选择φ94 mm钻孔作为“三软”煤层顺层钻孔抽采的方案.
