Abstract
采用复合氨浸法[NH3-(NH4)2CO3-NH4Cl]处理低品位难处理氧化锌矿.条件试验研究得出较佳浸出条件为:总氨浓度4 mol/L,温度为40℃,液固比4:1,浸出时间240 min,粒度-0.074 mm.在较佳浸出条件下,锌的浸出率高达到91.64%,浸出液中Cd、Pb、Cu、Si等杂质离子的含量较低.净化结果表明:用锌粉净化浸出液,杂质离子的最高净化效率可达到99.27%.
