溜煤眼结构分3部分,即溜煤眼上口、溜煤眼上段和溜煤眼下段,溜煤眼上口设置铁篦子,防止大块煤炭进入溜煤眼;溜煤眼上段采用圆形断面,增加煤炭下溜的初速度;溜煤眼下段采用拱形断面,巷道倾角40°,巷道划分为人行道和溜煤间;严格采取控制煤炭大小、湿度和速度等措施,避免溜煤眼堵塞.
