Abstract
以矿渣微粉为胶凝材料主要成分,采用正交试验结合神经网络预测的方法研究得到新型复合激发矿渣胶凝材料最优配比,盐基复合激发胶凝材料中激发剂A(盐)、激发剂B(碱)、激发剂C与矿渣微粉4种成分最优质量配比为18.3%︰3.4%︰0.8%︰77.5%;碱基复合激发胶凝材料中激发剂A(盐)、激发剂B(碱)、激发剂C与矿渣微粉4种成分最优质量配比为4%︰14.8%︰0.4%︰80.8%;掺有盐基复合激发胶凝材料的胶结充填体对抵抗收缩的贡献度最大,在收缩性能方面能达到稳定良好的效果;掺有碱基复合激发胶凝材料的胶结充填体早期和后期强度均大于盐基复合激发胶凝材料和水泥的胶结充填体早期、后期强度.
