Abstract
以凹凸棒石棒晶作为内核,用液相沉积法包覆Ni制备核壳结构镍粉须先进行表面活化,目前多采用贵金属钯进行活化.本研究提出采用吸附-还原法活化,利用凹土优异的吸附性能,先在棒晶表面吸附Ni2+,再用还原剂将Ni2+还原成镍,构建初始活化锚点,然后再进化学沉积制备出核壳结构镍粉.分析了吸附-还原活化法凹土基镍核壳结构棒状镍粉的制备机理.该法无需贵金属钯,降低了成本,简化了工艺,有良好的应用前景.
