Abstract
以除杂提纯后膨润土为主要原料,经过n(OH-)/n(Al3+)=2.7的羟基铝柱撑液柱撑和添加碳源晶化改性后,膨润土吸附效果得到改善.与活性炭对比分析可知,当吸附时间为160 min时,穿透曲线吸附平稳期A-C>Al-C-Bent>Al-Bent>R-Bent,A-C吸附平稳期最高为87 min,Al-C-Bent为63 min.不同葡萄糖碳源添加量对Al-C-Bent吸附效果有较大影响.当葡萄糖添加量为0.16 g/g Al-bent时,晶化反应后,改性膨润土吸附平稳期达到70 min左右,该吸附剂的平均吸附率为16.38%.当总气体流量不变时,温度对吸附效果有较大影响.Al-0.8C-Bent在50℃条件下吸附过程穿透时间较短,吸附平稳期为56 min,吸附率基本保持不变.
