Abstract

重庆某萤石尾矿中重晶石含量较高,为62％,试验对其进行综合回收.通过采用1粗2精的浮选流程和螺旋溜槽粗选-摇床精选、溜槽中矿再磨返回至摇床的重选流程分别得到BaSO4品位为95.14％、回收率为90.12％和BaSO4品位为95.04％、回收率为88.57％的重晶石精矿.2种方案得到的重晶石精矿都达到了化工用Ⅰ级品要求,为该萤石尾矿中重晶石的回收利用提供了技术支持.
