贵州某磷矿反浮选工艺的优化

Abstract
针对贵州某P2O5品位为25.78％、MgO质量分数6.26％的磷矿原矿进行脱镁研究,采用公司生产的新型浮选药剂通过“1反1扫”的工艺流程和对比实验,获得了精矿P2O5品位34.63％,回收率94.67％,精矿MgO质量分数为0.81％的分选指标,所得精矿达到了优级品要求,为该磷矿的产业化开发利用提供了参考.
