煤矿液压阀芯的MPF制备与加工研究

Abstract
针对煤矿液压支架所用的阀类零件加工要求,初步解决磁流变抛光液(MPF)机械配制和存储中的沉降稳定性及制备效率问题,提出了一种超声制备MPF的新工艺.基于响应曲面法研究了超声功率、变幅杆入液深度和超声时间对MPF沉降稳定性的影响.试验对比了传统机械搅拌工艺和超声制备工艺下的MPF沉降率和液压阀芯外表面粗糙度下降率.
