Abstract
通过对HTD 2M同步带轮的合理修形,减小带传动的多边形效应,提高带传动精度,并通过检测设备加以验证.研究表明:同步带嵌在齿槽的约1/2直线节距还原成1/2弧线节距后,Y轴所需要的变形量是0.051 2 mm,通过有限元计算的结果为0.051 9 mm,说明同步带轮的齿廓是所需要的齿廓.改进后相位差在空载运行减少了17.46％～50％,负载运行时减少了7.3％～26.19％.
