Abstract
根据空间变厚齿轮的啮合特点,建立了标准的空间变厚齿轮模型;研究采用通用滚齿机来加工变厚齿轮的方法;通过分析滚刀的运动,推导了变厚齿轮参数与机床加工参数的关系,并利用机床仿真软件VERICUT对机床加工参数进行模拟验证.从传统机床入手来研究变厚齿轮的加工,并提供了齿轮与加工参数的关系式,方便了变厚齿轮的批量生产.
