Abstract
对某低品位铀矿石进行了生物浸出试验研究.试验结果表明:该铀矿石采用细菌浸出时,对铀的浸出效果明显优于常规酸浸;浸矿菌株为需氧菌,但只需极微量氧气即可生存,在缺氧条件下细菌也能在矿柱中附着生长,并快速氧化二价铁.研究结果可为地下筑堆中采用细菌浸出的可行性提供依据.
