Abstract
采用高纯锗伽马能谱法、ICP-MS法、原子吸收光谱法(AAS法)测定土壤标准物质中238U、232Th、40K的质量活度,并将测量结果进行分析方法间的比对.研究表明:3种分析方法的相对标准偏差都小于5％,加标回收率在95％～105％;分析方法之间的相对偏差小于4％.
