Abstract
在带式输送机输送大粒径、不均匀矿石时,采用常用的2种带式输送机卸载轨迹计算方法设计转运漏斗,存在漏斗冲击严重、堵矿频繁等影响正常生产的现象.通过将实际卸载轨迹与2种常用卸载轨迹进行对比分析,提出了一种新的卸载轨迹计算方法,形成了转运漏斗技术改造思路并付诸实施,取得了较好的改造效果,可作为大粒径、不均匀矿石带式输送机转运漏斗的设计依据.
