Abstract
山东某大型岩浆分异型钛铁矿资源丰富,铁和TiO2品位分别为19.44%、8.63%,磁铁矿和钛铁矿为主要有用矿物,其中磁铁矿嵌布粒度细,单体解离困难.为确定该矿石铁的选矿工艺流程,在分析矿石性质的基础上,进行磨矿-弱磁选试验.结果表明,原矿经阶段磨矿阶段磁选可获得产率7.84%,铁品位67.32%、TiO2含量3.75%,铁回收率26.76%、TiO2回收率3.36%的铁精矿,可为同类型钛铁矿的开发利用提高技术参考.
