鸭K区块PDC钻头选型技术的研究与应用

Abstract
玉门酒西鸭K地层夹层多,多个井段含砾石,白垩系可钻性差,钻头选型困难.针对地层特点,开展了岩石抗压强度、内摩擦角、可钻性等分析,设计出个性化的PDC钻头.通过现场试验应用,应用井段同比机速提高50％以上.该项技术的成功实施,拓展了PDC钻头使用范围,形成区块钻头使用序列.
