Abstract
川东地区须家河地层以砂岩为主,其研磨性强,可钻性差,牙轮钻头机械钻速较低,寿命较短,严重影响了钻进效率和危及到井下安全.介绍了HCM507ZXPDC钻头特点,以及针对地层岩性钻井参数的确定.实践证明在须家河地层钻进选择该钻头,其机械钻速与牙轮钻头相比可提高210%以上,大大提高了钻进效率,取得了显著的技术经济效益.
