Abstract
为优化轻烃回收直接换热工艺,考察了原料气预冷温度、膨胀机出口压力及低温分离器出口流量百分比对C3收率的影响.结果表明:随着原料气预冷温度的降低,C3收率和丙烷压缩机功率均先升高后降低;随着膨胀机出口压力越来越大,C3收率先增大后减小,丙烷压缩机功率、外输压缩机功率和膨胀机功率都不断减小;随着低温分离器Ⅱ底部进入重接触塔流量百分比不断增大,C3收率和丙烷压缩机功率先增大后减小.优化后的直接换热工艺原料气预冷温度为-30℃,膨胀机出口压力为3.1 MPa,C3收率可达98.00%,对重接触工艺装置的设计具有指导意义.
