还原剂浓度对植物还原法制备钯颗粒形貌的影响

Abstract
以银杏叶提取液为还原剂,利用植物还原法制备钯单质,采用XRD,TEM,SEM等分析方法对制备的钯单质进行表征,考察了不同还原剂浓度对钯颗粒形貌的影响.实验结果表明,利用银杏叶提取液可制备不同形貌的钯单质,通过调节银杏叶提取液还原剂浓度可调控钯颗粒的尺寸,制备出具有线状、块状、窝头状、豌豆状、棒状和球状的钯颗粒,且随着还原剂浓度的增大,线状颗粒有聚集排列成块状的趋势,块状颗粒逐渐变成了面及较弯曲存在凹陷面的窝头状颗粒,窝头状颗粒逐渐变为更弯曲有开裂线的豌豆状颗粒,豌豆状颗粒的开裂线有闭合形成规则的球状颗粒的趋势.
