Abstract

对中国石油四川石化有限责任公司2.5 Mt/a催化裂化装置引进Dupont Belco公司开发的EDV(C)5000脱硫和LoTOTM脱硝湿法洗涤系统治理催化裂化再生烟气的生产运行过程进行分析.使用该技术后,催化裂化装置外排烟气中污染物浓度大幅下降,SOx质量浓度从850.o mg/m3下降到5.0 mg/m3,NOx质量浓度从205.0 mg/m3下降到33.2 mg/m3,催化剂颗粒质量浓度从149.8 mg/m3下降到24.3 mg/m3,满足GB 315702015石油炼制工业污染物排放标准要求,具有很好的环保效果.
