拟薄水铝石的胶溶性与结构的关系

Abstract
拟薄水铝石具有的独特胶溶性能在化工行业广泛应用,但不同拟薄水铝石的胶溶性差异明显.采用FT-IR、DSC、XRD等手段考察了不同拟薄水铝石的胶溶指数与其结构的关系.结果表明,拟薄水铝石胶溶过程及形成铝胶后,其晶体结构基本不变.拟薄水铝石的胶溶性能与其表观物性无关,而与其结晶度有关.结晶水含量决定铝羟基数量,进而决定拟薄水铝石结晶度和γ相转变温度;结晶水含量越多,结晶度越高,胶溶性越好.拟薄水铝石的γ相转变温度与其胶溶指数呈负指数关系.
