文章对近年来油气田开发发生的安全生产事故基本特征、风险防控策划特征、项目承包商管控特征进行分析,研究得出事故产生的原因主要是项目的风险防控策划、承包商管理、执行力方面暴露出的问题.对今后的安全风险防控提出加强高风险作业的风险防控策划、加强项目的工艺安全风险防控、强化承包商管理、强化领导力建设的对策建议.
