Abstract

以2,6-二叔丁基酚、多聚甲醛、均三甲苯为原料,经醚化,Friedel-Crafts两步法合成抗氧剂1330[1,3,5-三甲基-2,4,6-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)苯].对反应过程中的影响因素进行了研究,重点考察用了相转移催化剂聚乙二醇400对85％硫酸催化效果的改善.结果表明,相转移催化剂聚乙二醇400对浓硫酸催化效果的改善非常明显,降低了浓硫酸消耗量和废硫酸的产生量.
