Abstract
以棕榈酸和甲醇为原料,通过酰氯化、醇解两步反应,合成了棕榈酸甲酯.通过单因素安检,得到的较佳工艺条件是:反应温度68℃;酰氯化反应时间2 h;醇解反应时间0.5h;反应物料配比为n(棕榈酸)∶n(氯化亚砜)∶n(甲醇)=1∶1.2∶1.2.在此条件下,棕榈酸酯化率达到94％以上.
