依据《油气管道并行敷设设计规范》、《水域隧道设计技术规定》研究了陕京三线输气管道与石楼—顺义成品油管道共用隧道设计方案,明确了并行管道的隧道断面布置,量化了隧道断面尺寸增大后相关工程量的变化,对共用隧道进行风险分析,提出了日后管道运营管理的建议.
