Abstract
春光油田超稠油区块埋藏深、原油黏度大,导致注汽质量差,周期产油、油汽比逐渐变差,为此,开展CO2辅助蒸汽提高春光超稠油开发效果实验研究.通过稠油高温高压物性实验测试了CO2在超稠油中的溶解能力及溶解对弹性能和黏度的影响,利用蒸汽驱替实验揭示了CO2对提高驱替效率的作用机理.研究结果显示,CO2在春10原油中溶解气油比达到69.7,油气混合体系体积系数达到1.15,溶解增能效果显著;温度升高,则CO2的溶解量降低,温度每升高1℃,饱和压力则增大0.081 MPa;CO2溶解后能够大幅度降低原油黏度,降黏率达到98.2%.水驱溶解了CO2的油气混合体系较驱替脱气脱水原油驱替效率提高了12.74%;CO2伴注蒸汽驱较单纯蒸汽驱驱替效率提高了11.55%.
