Abstract

为了解决连续油管钻磨碎屑返排技术难题,研制了一种旁通可以反复打开和关闭的多次循环开关阀.该阀采用流体激发原理,有旁通关闭时流体全部流向钻头、旁通打开时流体全部流向环空2种工作状态,通过开、关泵控制工具在这2种模式下进行反复切换.室内试验结果表明,该开关阀换位顺畅,通过开、关泵,旁通能够顺利打开和关闭.
