针对在用砂泵普遍存在轴封泄露和盘根磨损快的缺点,提出了一种新型砂泵密封方式,即组合密封.它是在衬套和填料箱内分别安装辅助叶片和柔性石墨盘根,共同完成砂泵在动、静2种状态时的密封.现场试验证明,组合密封具有性能可靠、使用寿命长、维修方便等优点.
