在成品油管道顺序输送过程中会受到上游产能、下游销售情况的制约,会有一定时间的停输.油品界面间分子传递对混油起着重要的作用.根据呼包鄂成品油管道现场数据显示,停输期间混油量会大幅增加.文中主要以呼包鄂成品油管道停输为例,对2种常见的停输情况进行FLUNT模拟分析,总结出管道运行方案,减少了混油量.
