Abstract
油田注水过程是注水井需求的配注量与注水泵的供给量的动态平衡过程,目前由于定子变频调速技术的局限性,无法实现注水泵排量与所需配注量完全匹配,造成注水站仍有打回流和电能浪费现象.转子变频调速技术在注水站上的应用,解决了供给量与配注量动态平衡,实现了转子变频带压启泵和关回流稳压注水,节约了电能,延长了注水设备的使用寿命,降低了现场操作管理的强度,满足了油田精细注水的需要,具有较高的推广应用价值.
