Abstract
为了提高中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司20.0万t/a苯抽提装置加工能力,针对苯产品质量不合格,进料温度偏高、设备腐蚀等问题,采取了利用旧设备、新增机器,增加扩线、优化换热流程、采用离子交换技术等措施.结果表明,改造后装置负荷由20.0万t/a提高到37.8万t/a,苯产量提高了50％,溶剂性能改善;环丁砜pH值平均为6.68,满足了生产工艺指标要求;氯含量降低至0.74μg/g,减缓了设备腐蚀.
