介绍了汽油质量升级GARDES工艺在珠海宝塔石化有限公司30万t/a汽油加氢装置上生产国Ⅴ汽油的运行情况.结果表明:加工含硫量大于400 μg/g,含硫醇量大于80 μg/g,烯烃体积分数约为30％的催化裂化汽油原料,产品汽油在满足国Ⅴ汽油质量标准要求含硫量不大于10 μg/g的条件下,辛烷值损失不超过2.0个单位,烯烃体积分数减小约20个百分点,芳烃体积分数增量最高可达.1.4个百分点;装置汽油收率约为99.0％,能耗为25.28 ～ 29.34 kg/t(以标准油计),化学氢耗不大于2.6 kg/t.
